Welcome to 17 new JLP facilitators
Manon Bouchard and Andrée Damphousse, Regional Coordinators for the Quebec Region, are proud to welcome 17 new, enthusiastic ambassadors to represent the JLP within federal public service workplaces in Quebec.
The session was hosted by Nathalie Duquette, JLP Program Officer, and Sonya Simard, herself a JLP facilitator.
The participants were given the opportunity to work with the Understanding the Collective Agreement kit, as well as the Respecting Differences, Anti-Discrimination and the Duty to Accommodate kit. The training helped them develop practical skills to facilitate JLP workshops, regardless of the topic. All were passionate about the Program and the opportunity to contribute to building a healthy workplace within the federal public service.
Congratulations to all and welcome to the JLP family!
