A New Year with New Facilitators
The National Capital Region hosted an orientation session in Ottawa from January 15 to 19, 2018. The session was facilitated by JLP Program Officer, Nathalie Duquette (employer) along with Monique Bernier (union). The participants were introduced to the Creating a Harassment-Free Workplace, Respecting Differences/Anti-Discrimination and Understanding the Collective Agreement workshop kits.
A number of participants expressed their appreciation for the orientation. Suzanne Cadieux shared that she experienced an extraordinary week thanks to the co-facilitators and the participants. Other participants shared these comments:” Wow, what a beautiful experience! I am so looking forward to this journey on the JLP path!” and “What I especially liked was the way the week unfolded, the workshops, the exercises, the practice, it was all wonderful!”
